Is Audible Free With Amazon Prime UK?
As of now, Audible is not free with Amazon Prime UK. But Prime members do get some special Audible offers from time to time.
For instance, currently, Amazon UK is offering 2 free audiobooks to its Prime members during the 30-day free trial (Non-prime members get only 1 free audiobook). You can keep these books for lifetime even if you cancel your membership!
However, this might be a limited time offer and the members are advised to read the offer details carefully before starting the free trial.

Earlier, Prime members also used to get free and unlimited access to Audible channels (which had about 70 podcast channels). However, this service has now been discontinued!
How Much is Audible with Prime UK?
In general, the cost of Audible membership for both Prime UK and non-Prime members is the same, that is, £7.99/month or £69.99/year. But Prime UK members get two free audiobooks of their choice during the 30-day free trial period.
In some special occasions like Amazon Prime Day, Amazon may offer Audible membership at a discounted price exclusively for Prime members.

If there is no offer you can start with the Free trial and listen to your two free audiobooks. If you like it you may continue with the membership.
Once the 30-day free trial is over, Audible UK will cost £7.99/month or £69.99/year even for the Prime UK members. However, there are other membership plans that you can choose from.

As a prime member you should get 3 months free on audible – I think although they keep changing things. The is also a 3 months for 99p offer
When I signed up for Amazon prime last week audible was with the package (choose monthly from 100 book selection monthly rotation)- one of the main reasons for signing up. However, when I tried to look at the catalogue I had to sign in to 30 day free trial not what I wanted.(Felt like a bit of a con.)
I wish Amazon Prime would include some free Audible books every month included in their monthly charge. Even if they charged £9.99 for both services it would work out much cheaper for those of us on low incomes, and pensioners like myself who can’t get out much during the winter months. Surely they can afford to do this with the huge profits they make. I need Prime for my pets food, it works out cheaper for delivery as I have cats and a dog. I love my Audible books too, but unfortunately I’ll have to cancel after the free trial ends, can’t afford to keep both.

Thank You for this, man. Though, I had already taken the free trial before, I got a £0.99/month offer from your link. But I think this offer is not for everyone. The offer didn’t show up from my cousin’s account who had a monthly Audible membership until January.
